Football Picked To Finish Fourth In GLIAC Coaches Poll

MIDLAND, MICH. – The Northwood University football team has been picked to finish fourth in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), according to the preseason coaches' poll which was released Tuesday (July 31)

Northwood finished the voting with 35, tied with Saginaw Valley and Wayne State for fourth place. Grand Valley State is the favorite to win the GLIAC with 61 points points, followed by Ferris State with 56 points.

Northwood will open its 2018 season with a non-conference game at Tiffin September 1. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
